Must be an excellent program coordinator, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have further skills in program development and human resources support, we’d like to meet you.
The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards.
Should be able to work closely and assist the Porgram Director/Coordinator and other InnoSoft Executives in all task.

You should have the ability to coordinate a whole state, work with your team effectively.
Activities Manager should be able supervise all workshop trainings, and other activities of the event.
Should be able to manage and lead an active team to create a professional and safe environment in which to deliver all InnoSoft activities. Effectively manage all financial aspects of the active operation, encourage staff development and achieve/exceed instruction and service quality targets.
He/She will also be responsible for any IT and technical work before and during the event. And will assist the Lead Training Facilitator in the classroom
The Social Media Officer, working in close conjunction with the social media team and Media Coordinator, contributes to the progress and success of the InnoSoft | Africa Code Week event and activities.
The Officer is also responsible for social media research (practices and trends); monitoring, analyzing and reporting on comments and conversations on IDRC as well as external social media sites; and responding to inquiries/comments. Although social media is the primary focus, the Officer may also develop, use, and implement other new media (e.g. interactive media, multi-media, etc.) as required.
Should be able to trend all our activities on social media.
He/She should be able to contact print, radio, television, and online media sources to purchase promotional spots for InnoSoft World Technologies. Media Coordinator should be able to develop lists of potential media representatives and stay in frequent contact with them, updating them about services and news-worthy events at InnoSoft World Technologies.
