Help us teach digital literacy to the next generation of Africa Leaders at Africa Code Week.
We are recruiting volunteers for Africa Code Week who can support the initiative in training 5000+ students/youths in Nigeria this year 2019. And 1000+ girls during Girls2Code event

Assistant Program Coordinator (Intern)

We are looking for a competent Assistant Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.

Must be an excellent program coordinator, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have further skills in program development and human resources support, we’d like to meet you.

The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards.

Should be able to work closely and assist the Porgram Director/Coordinator and other InnoSoft Executives in all task.

State Coordinator (Intern)

We are looking for a competent, energetic and passionate State Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties in the state where the InnoSoft | ACW will take place.

Must be an excellent program coordinator, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams.

The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs in the state where the event will take place

You should have the ability to coordinate a whole state, work with your team effectively.

Field M&E Officer (Intern)

Under the supervision of the InnoSoft Executive Director, Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator, ACW - Program Director/Coordinator, and ACW - Assistant Program Coordinator the Field M&E Officer will handle the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning for InnoSoft Africa Code Week program in the means of field monitoring, evaluating the performance of the staff/volunteers and the services provided. The field MEAL officer will also handle the complaint and feedbacks mechanism and will ensure all the issues received are followed up and resolved on timely manner. As needed the field MEAL officer will attend any meetings with InnoSoft – ACW Program Director/Coordinator to facilitate and M&E activities in the field.

Activities Manager (Intern)

We are looking Activities Manager who can coordinate and implement all coding workshops during the InnoSoft | ACW event.

Activities Manager should be able supervise all workshop trainings, and other activities of the event.

Should be able to manage and lead an active team to create a professional and safe environment in which to deliver all InnoSoft activities. Effectively manage all financial aspects of the active operation, encourage staff development and achieve/exceed instruction and service quality targets.

Brand & Design Volunteer (Intern)

We are looking for a creative, flexible, passionate and supportive graphics and brand designer who can help us with every brand and design works for the InnoSoft | Africa Code Week event.

Facilitator (Intern)

We are looking for passionate, smart, energetic, technical and non-technical volunteer training facilitator who can help us train youths during our Africa Code Week event.

He/She will be responsible for taken the training in the classroom in the participating schools.

IT Support/Ass. Facilitator (Intern)

We are looking for IT Support/Ass. Facilitator who have the ability to multtask and can work under pressure to assist the Lead Facilitator to run coding workshop during our Africa Code Week event.

He/She will also be responsible for any IT and technical work before and during the event. And will assist the Lead Training Facilitator in the classroom

Social Media Manager (Intern)

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative social media manager to join our team. As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and promote our Africa Code Week workshop activities on all our social media platforms .You will be working closely with Program Director/Coordinator, Media Coordinator and other Social Media Volunteers team.

Social Media Officer (Intern)

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative social media officer to join our team.

The Social Media Officer, working in close conjunction with the social media team and Media Coordinator, contributes to the progress and success of the InnoSoft | Africa Code Week event and activities.
The Officer is also responsible for social media research (practices and trends); monitoring, analyzing and reporting on comments and conversations on IDRC as well as external social media sites; and responding to inquiries/comments. Although social media is the primary focus, the Officer may also develop, use, and implement other new media (e.g. interactive media, multi-media, etc.) as required.
Should be able to trend all our activities on social media.

Logistics Coordinator (Intern)

Are you passionate about Logistics? As part of our team in InnoSoft World Technologies, you will be responsible for the logistics coordination and organization of specific InnoSoft Technologies and Africa Code Week events. You would be the trusted source of all logistical information related to each of our event, including venue details, temporary event assistants, staff travel arrangements and event materials.

Media & Publicity Coordinator (Contract)

We are looking to hire a Media Coordinator with superb project management and organizational skills. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

He/She should be able to contact print, radio, television, and online media sources to purchase promotional spots for InnoSoft World Technologies. Media Coordinator should be able to develop lists of potential media representatives and stay in frequent contact with them, updating them about services and news-worthy events at InnoSoft World Technologies.
